Update on Pine Valley 2020
Pine Valley 2020 has been cancelled.
We continue to monitor very closely the developments of the coronavirus situation and have the following update:
On March 19, 2020 the Governor of CA, Gavin Newsom issued an executive order N-33-20 ordering all individuals living in the state of CA to stay home or at their place of residence . This order is in place until further notice.
As a result, the Pine Valley Bible Conference Center (PVBCC) is closed for business until at least May 1. In our communication with their staff we have agreed to the following options:
- If the “stay at home” policy extends beyond May 1, we will cancel the PV Retreat this year
- If by April 20, the joint assessment of both the PVBCC Staff and the PV Committee is that there is a strong possibility the camp grounds would re-open on May 1, we would then proceed with plans to have the retreat and open for registration no earlier than April 24.
